I really liked the location of the hotel. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as a metro station. The wifi is super fast and pretty reliable. The beds are really comfortable, and the room is really modern. The smaller size of the hotel makes it more boutique and quiet. The lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out when you're waiting for people, or arriving back after a day out.

Location is amazing. Right in the new center, with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Having said that, the room was quite. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good, with nice choice of different dishes. Room was quite big and comfy. Very good wifi all around the property. Very smooth check in and out.

Great location, clean and functional rooms (very modern and no carpets which I like a lot for hotels). 24h reception. Good WiFi. We did not have breakfast included and there are many nice places around. Go to “What Flat” around the corner for a great coffee.

The staff at reception were so cooperates. Restaurant was good including the service of the staff.

The bed was comfortable and good supply of towels. The water was restocked everyday which was convenient. They were also able to accommodate us for an early check in which was appreciated.

Clean, comfortable stay in a quiet location close to most of the attractions. Haven’t used the breakfast or facilities, so have nothing to say about them. There are many cafes and coffee shops around. All in all a decent clean hotel in a good location, staff is helpful. Wouldn’t advise to take an airport transfer, better download a taxi app, taxi services are swift in Almaty.

I like the variety of the breakfast with many fruits and nuts available and some good healthy breads. The bed was comfortable and the location is nice, near a subway station with many restaurants, coffee shops and park around..

The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. They speak English and French well. We were able to check in at 5:30am as requested. The hotel’s location means you can visit Almaty on foot and the metro is very close. A hotel I would recommend if you want to stay in Almaty.

The hotel was exceptional, they allowed us to check in early, the room was massive, the bed was comfortable and it was in a quiet area. Breakfast was available and abundant, we’ll be back!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Everything was very nice: friendly and professional staff, quiet location, tasty breakfasts. I really recommend this hotel👍
